Melbourne hosts so many festivals in a year (Bastille Day, Melbourne Food and Wine Festival or even the Garlic Festival) and this year we will take part of the well-known Good Beer Week Festival. What a great idea to make a beer tasting in a pitch darkness environment.

Launched eight years ago, the Good Beer Week is the Australia’s preeminent beer event who became a major event in Melbourne gathering more than 300 diverse and innovative events across the Victoria. Beer is a religion in Australia, so let’s pray together!
A unique event: the Dinner in the Dark
Entrust your senses to Dans le Noir ? and Two Birds Brewing, as you are led through a sumptuous beer pairing dinner in complete darkness. Designed by the Executive Chef Christian Oblak, the 4 course menu is pairing with the beer selection from the incredible brewery Two Birds Brewing.
Who run the world of Two Birds Brewing?
GIRLS! Two Birds Brewing is the Australia’s first female owned brewing company run by Jayne Lewis and Danielle Allen. Located in Spotswood, an inner-western suburb of Melbourne, this award-winning brewery typifies everything that is good about the craft beer industry in Australia. And you know what? You’ll get the chance to meet her on the day of the event!
